Towel x 2

Taking two towels into a sauna helps keep the space clean, hygienic, and comfortable — one towel to sit or lie on, and another to dry sweat and moisture afterwards.

Changing robe

Bring a changing robe as it will provide you with privacy, warmth, comfort, and convenience when changing clothes before or after using the sauna.

Water

Bringing water with you prevents dehydration, regulates body temperature, replaces lost fluids, and helps maintain comfort and safe sweating.

Outside shower
